Handsfree portable device is a excellent alternative, to the more expensive headsets.

The main difference is: that they are connected to mobile phone via wire's (clip on small handsfree set behind ear, plug wire which has a connector compatible with your make of phone to plug it into your mobile phone. People use various methods of transporting their mobile phone about with them: attached to their belt/carried in purse, placed in holder in car, on car seat etc, but simple to use, in the on/off mode, carried behind the ear all the time. A slight click to the handsfree with a finger turns it on or off, quite easily done. Reception and sound quality is excellent.
